PT VADS Indonesia successfully held its Gathering Event themed “From Challenge to Advantage: Unleash Your Next-Gen Potential” at Wyndham Casablanca Hotel, Jakarta. The event served as a strategic forum that brought together industry leaders, business practitioners, and cross-sector stakeholders to discuss strategies for navigating the accelerating pace of digitalization, which continues to present new challenges and opportunities for businesses.

PT VADS Indonesia successfully held its Gathering Event themed “From Challenge to Advantage: Unleash Your Next-Gen Potential” at Wyndham Casablanca Hotel, Jakarta. The event served as a strategic forum that brought together industry leaders, business practitioners, and cross-sector stakeholders to discuss strategies for navigating the accelerating pace of digitalization, which continues to present new challenges and opportunities for businesses.
As a collaborative platform, the event was designed to address organizational needs in strengthening resilience, building an adaptive workforce, and optimizing digital technologies to enhance customer service quality. Participants represented a wide range of industries, from telecommunications and banking to public services. Their diverse backgrounds enriched the discussions with insights and perspectives, providing a more comprehensive view of the direction of digital transformation in the future.
The panel discussion featured key figures in their respective fields, including Siti Khairani, Vice President Head of Customer Experience at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison; Andi Rachman, Customer Care Manager at PAM JAYA; and Firdaus Nur Dwi Fahmi, Chief IT & Digital Officer at PT VADS Indonesia. The session was moderated by Deddy Hermansyah, Chief Marketing & Sales Officer at PT VADS Indonesia. The presence of panelists from diverse backgrounds added depth to the conversation on opportunities and challenges in digital transformation amidst rapid technological advancements.
Through interactive sessions, participants highlighted the importance of operational transformation, agile workforce management, and the application of digital technologies to create efficiency and sustainable value.
